This is exactly why the government needs to take tougher action—enough with endless meetings and briefings. It's time for stricter laws and a stronger security presence to restore order and show criminals there are real consequences.

It’s really worrying to see public safety slipping like this—Ghanaians deserve to feel secure in their own communities. The government needs to step up, work with civil society, and be transparent about what they're doing to actually protect people, not just hold closed-door meetings.
